The honest version

Who should pick which

We're biased, but we'd rather you pick the right tool than switch twice.

Stay with TeamSnap if…

  • Your biggest need is a mobile team app for youth teams, parents and coaches.
  • You're a single team that only needs schedules, availability and chat.
  • Your league already standardized on TeamSnap and families are used to it.

Pick Gametime Hero if…

  • You run registration, tournaments, memberships and a website and want them together.
  • You want published prices, not a custom quote.
  • Your programs go beyond sports: classes, clinics, socials or fundraisers.
  • You want to customize forms and pricing for how you run things.
All-in-one, but only if you want it

Keep the team app. Fix registration.

Lots of leagues keep their team app and move just registration, tournaments or the website. Start with one.

Just Registration. Turn on the rest whenever you want, on the same account.

β€œOur integration of Gametime Hero will make it significantly easier and less time-consuming for our logistics volunteers, while providing a far better experience for our players.”
