For coaches, leagues, social groups, nonprofits, and small businesses

One place to run and grow your community. Nothing to stitch together.

Stop being the glue that forces tools to work together. Events, sign-ups, payments, members and your website work as one, so you spend less time managing tools and more time with your people.

You're running a community, not an IT department.

Too many disconnected tools are burning out organizers and making it harder to keep members engaged.

Make it yours. Keep everything connected.

Most communities have to choose: all-in-one software that won't bend, or flexible tools you connect by hand. Gametime Hero is built so you don't have to choose.

Their platform hosts our website, supports participant registration, and gives interested players a way to connect with us. It means so much to work with allies who understand how important it is for adult athletes to have a place to play and a healthy community to belong to.

  • We used to spend more time managing tools than managing our community. Now we spend that time on what actually matters: getting women outside and building something they want to come back to.

  • I'm a bar owner, not a software person, and I shouldn't have to be. What's changed with Gametime Hero in such a short time is worth celebrating. They even added our Watch Me! theme song to our site. Now I spend my time on what we're building: a room where women's sports fans feel like they belong.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens when I sign up?
You create a free account, set up your community, and add your first event, page or sign-up form. No credit card, no trial clock. Basic is free forever; we earn a 3.5% fee only when you collect a payment. Want to look around first? The interactive demo is a preview with sample data, and nothing you do there is saved.
How do payments and fees work?
People pay when they sign up, so their spot and their payment are linked and no one has to be chased. The Gametime Hero fee is 3.5% per payment on Basic and 2.1% on Organizer Pro, and you choose whether participants cover it at checkout or you do. Card processing is separate and the same on every plan.
Can I use my own branding and domain?
Yes. Every community gets its own logo, colors and pages. Organizer Pro adds your own domain and removes Gametime Hero branding.
Do I have to move everything over at once?
No. Start with one thing, like an event, a sign-up form or your website, and add more when you're ready. Whatever you add later connects to what's already there.
Can I try it before I sign up?
Yes. The interactive demo sets up a sample sports team, club, social group or nonprofit, with members and events, for you to explore. It's a preview, so nothing you do there is saved. When you're ready, your real community starts free.
Is Gametime Hero free?
Yes. We believe every community deserves access to great tools, regardless of its budget. Basic is free forever. When you're ready for more, Organizer Pro is a paid subscription starting at $19.99/month, with a 30-day money-back guarantee. No contracts. Cancel anytime. Separately, through our Grassroots Organizer Initiative, qualifying grassroots organizers get 12 months of Organizer Pro free. We also offer nonprofit discounts to help make Gametime Hero more accessible to underserved and underrepresented communities.
Can I move my existing group over?
Yes. Import your members from a spreadsheet, or book a free setup call and we’ll bring your roster over with you. You can keep your current tools running side by side until you’re ready to switch.
What types of communities use Gametime Hero?
We call them communities in motion. People coming together to play, move, gather, learn, create, serve, or simply belong. That includes adult leagues, run clubs, pickleball groups, D&D tables, nonprofits, studios, gyms, and local shops running classes and events, women-led organizations, LGBTQ+ communities, BIPOC-led groups, watch parties, hobby clubs, and plenty we haven’t imagined yet.You don’t need a season, a uniform, or a scoreboard. If you’re bringing people together around something they care about, Gametime Hero was built for you.
BUILT BY COMMUNITY PEOPLE, FOR COMMUNITY PEOPLE

We built Gametime Hero because we needed it too.

We’ve seen the problem from both sides — as participants looking for places to belong, and as organizers doing the work to bring people together.

Behind every league, club, meetup, and local community is someone making it happen. Scheduling events. Collecting payments. Answering messages. Managing registrations. Keeping people connected.

We built Gametime Hero for those unsung heroes.

Especially the people creating spaces and experiences that bigger platforms tend to overlook — neighborhood leagues, women-led groups, cultural communities, niche sports, local clubs, and grassroots organizations.

Our goal is simple: give organizers one place to run it all, so they can spend their time bringing people together.

We're not just building software for organizers. We're here when you need a hand.
